We offer a variety of items, many of them home-made, including* such things as home-made breads and pastries, home-made jams, honey, a selection of local cheeses (white sheep’s-milk cheese, low-fat white cheese, cottage cheese, yellow cow’s-milk cheese ); a selection of Turkish olives (oil-cured black, green, and green stuffed with pimiento); cold meats such as turkey and chicken salamis; breakfast sausages, fried potatoes, omelettes, hard-boiled eggs, dry cereals and milk; fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, dried fruit, and yoghurt (with active cultures).
Breakfast beverages include coffee, tea, apple tea, herbal teas, and fruit juice (fresh-squeezed, and from concentrate).

Breakfast is served from 08:00 am until 10:30 am every morning at the roof terrace.
